How we work
How we work
We run our hunts the old way and we talk about them straight. Here is what you can count on when you hunt with us, and the standard we hold our own information to.
The price you see is the price you pay
Our rates are published on the site so you can budget honestly before you enquire. There is no markup buried in the number and no surprise fee at the end. What is included and what is not is spelled out on our Alberta hunts page, so you know exactly what your licences, tags, GST, travel and tips add on top.
How booking works
- We stage the payment: a non-refundable one-third deposit holds your hunt, a second third is due six to eight months out, and the balance is due 31 days before you arrive.
- Our best hunts fill early, and some, like the moose hunt at four hunters a year, are capped hard. Plan on booking one to two years ahead.
- Your enquiry comes straight to us and a real person reads and answers it. No auto-replies, no spam.
Straight information, not sales copy
We cite regulations to the official provincial, territorial and federal authorities and we date them, because a price list that ignores current law is the surest sign of an outfit you should not trust. Where a figure is not confirmed at source, we mark it as needing verification rather than guess. We do not invent success rates, testimonials or trophy numbers we cannot stand behind, and we will not sell a hunt for a closed species.
