Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Guided Hunts Canada and what we do with it. We keep it short because our data handling is simple: we collect what you choose to send us in an enquiry, and we use it to help you plan a hunt.
What we collect
- Details you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, optional phone number, country of residence, the species and season you are interested in, your budget band and your message.
- Basic context that helps us serve your enquiry: the pages you arrived on and were viewing, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and a timestamp. This is attached to your enquiry so we can respond in context.
- Standard, aggregate website analytics if analytics is enabled, used to understand which pages help hunters.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and plan your hunt: dates, species, licensing and a real quote.
- To keep a record of your enquiry and our correspondence so we can serve you in context.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
- We do not send automated spam; a real person reads and answers your enquiry.
Third parties
Our enquiry form may be delivered through a form-processing service, and the site may use a standard web analytics provider. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver your message and to measure site use. We do not share your details with anyone else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
