Terms of use
Last updated July 2026.
By using Guided Hunts Canada you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have written them plainly rather than in dense legalese.
Booking a hunt
Guided Hunts Canada offers guided big game hunts in Alberta's Rockies. When you book, the hunt is on our published booking terms, including our staged deposit and cancellation policy, which we set out on how we work. A deposit confirms your dates; details for your specific hunt are confirmed with us in writing before you commit.
Information on this site
We work hard to keep our cost and regulation information accurate and current, and we cite official sources and date our regulatory claims. Even so, prices, seasons, tag rules and regulations change, and some details we mark as needing verification. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Before you travel or hunt, confirm current regulations, licence requirements and firearm rules with the official provincial, territorial or federal authority, and confirm current prices and terms with us.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee the availability of any hunt, the success of any hunt, or any particular animal or trophy. We do not invent success rates. Hunting outcomes depend on the guide, the conditions and factors outside anyone's control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Guided Hunts Canada is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site beyond the terms of the hunt you book with us. Hunting carries inherent physical risk, and participation in a hunt, including travel, firearms and backcountry conditions, is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. The current version always lives on this page.
